Easy Bacon and Cheese Omelette

Equipment

  • 1 Non-stick crepe pan
  • 1 Pair of scissors
  • 1 Silicon spatula
  • 1 Chefs Blowtorch

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Medium Eggs
  • 1 Slice Bacon
  • 1 Slice Leerdammer light cheese
  • 2 Chives
  • 1 tsp Lemon Chilli Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Place the frying pan onto a medium to high heat.
  • Cut the bacon and cheese into strips.
  • Add the bacon to the hot pan and leave to cook on one side for two minutes.
  • Beat the eggs and the pepper together in a bowl.
  • Stir the bacon around the frying pan and leave for another minute.
  • Add the egg mixture to the frying pan and swirl around the pan making sure to cover all the bacon. Gently push the edges of the omelette inwards to stop the edge from being two thin and sticking.
  • Add the cheese strips to the omelette and allow to cook for a minute.
  • Use the blow torch to help melt the cheese.
  • The Bacon and Cheese Omelette is cooked when it is firm but with a soft centre. Once it reaches this consistency slide it onto a plate.
  • Garnish with chopped chives and enjoy..
