cooked and peeled prawns

pickled gherkins

sweetcorn

low calorie mayonnaise

grams
low sugar tomato ketchup

sliced cucmber

spring onion
finely chopped

pepper

brioche roll
Instructions
Slice the roll in half
Add the mayonnaise, ketchup, sweetcorn and pepper to a bowl
Chop up the gherkins and add to the sauces
Mix the gherkins, sweetcorn and sauces together
Spoon a small amount of the relish onto the bottom slice of the brioche roll
Add the cucumber
Add the prawns
Add more relish and top with the other half of the roll

Leave out the cucumber to have a less messy time eating this zingy prawn roll.
