Perfect for cooking omelettes quickly
Ingredients
100

Chestnut Mushrooms
3-4 Mushrooms

Eggs

Red Onion

Peperami

Chilli Salt
Instructions
Place your crepe pan on a medium to high heat and add a few sprays of cooking oil
Finely dice the Red Onion and add to the pan
Clear and chop the mushrooms and add to the pan
Chop and add the peperami
Let the mushrooms, onions and peperami cook for three minutes
Beat the two eggs and add to the pan
Swirl the egg mixture over the mushroom and ensure it covers the whole pan
Cook for 1-2 minutes then serve

Notes
Don't try to roll the omelette as I did, it is just too thin and full of mushrooms so instead slide onto the plate.
