You need the following ingredients to make this delicious omelette recipe.
- 3 slices of chicken ham
- 1 bacon medallion slice
- 2 medium eggs
- 1 slice of Leerdammer light cheese
- 2 tsp lemon chilli pepper
- Fresh chives

You don’t need any special equipment to cook this omelette but the following items make it a bit easier.
- Non stick frying pan
- Bowl to mix the egg
- Silicon Spatula
Directions to make to a Chicken and Bacon Omelette
Here are the directions showing you how to make a tasty Chicken and Bacon Omelette.
Step 1
Place the frying pan on a medium to high heat and cut the chicken, cheese and bacon into strips.
Step 2
Mix the eggs and pepper in a bowl
Step 3
Add the bacon to the frying pan and cook for a few minutes. Try to resist the urge to stir the bacon to often so it has the chance to crisp up a bit.
Step 4
Add the sliced chicken to the frying pan and mix with the bacon.
Step 5
Add the egg and mix in the chicken and bacon.
Step 6
Layer the strips of cheese onto the egg and cook until it reaches you desired firmness. We recommend that the centre of the omelette is still a bit runny.
Step 7
Transfer for a plate and decorate with the chives for a nice look and subtle onion hit to the omelette.

Chicken and Bacon Omelette
Equipment
- 1 Frying Pan
- 1 Small Bowl
- 1 Silicon spatula
Ingredients
- 3 Slices Chicken Ham Thick sliced pre cooked chicken
- 1 Slice Bacon We recommend Bacon Medallion
- 1 Slice Leerdammer Light Cheese
- 2 Medium Eggs
- 2 tsp Lemon Chilli Pepper
- 2 Fresh Chives
Instructions
- Place the frying pan on a medium to high heat and cut the chicken, cheese and bacon into strips
- Put the bacon in the frying pan and cook for 2 minutes resisting the urge to stir the bacon too much so that it crisps up a bit
- While the bacon is cooking, beat the two eggs in a bowl and mix i the pepper.
- Add the chicken to the pan, mix the chicken and bacon together and cook for 1 minute.
- Tip in the egg and mix with the chicken and bacon.
- Place the cheese onto the egg and cook to your desired firmness. We recommend you still have some movement and liquid in the centre of the omelette.
- Slide the cooked omelette onto a plate and decorate with the chives.
