  • 100 grams of cooked and peeled prawns
  • 3 pickled gherkins
  • 20 grams sweetcorn
  • 30 grams low calorie mayonnaise
  • 15 grams of low sugar tomato ketchup
  • 10 grams of cucumber sliced
  • 1 spring onion
  • Pepper
  • 1 brioche roll

How to make a Zingy Prawn Roll
  1. Slice the roll in half
  2. Add the mayonnaise, ketchup, sweetcorn and pepper to a bowl
  3. Chop up the gherkins and add to the mayonnaise mix in step 2
  4. Mix the gherkins, sweetcorn and sauces together well
  5. Spoon a small amount of the relish on the bottom slice of the roll
  6. Add the cucumber
  7. Add the prawns
  8. Add more relish
  9. Top with the remainder of the roll and gently push down

  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1 brioche roll

Instructions
 

  • Slice the roll in half
  • Add the mayonnaise, ketchup, sweetcorn and pepper to a bowl
  • Chop up the gherkins and add to the sauces
  • Mix the gherkins, sweetcorn and sauces together
  • Spoon a small amount of the relish onto the bottom slice of the brioche roll
  • Add the cucumber
  • Add the prawns
  • Add more relish and top with the other half of the roll
