Ingredients for a Zingy Prawn Roll
Here are the ingredients you need to make a Zingy Prawn Roll for 1 person.
- 100 grams of cooked and peeled prawns
- 3 pickled gherkins
- 20 grams sweetcorn
- 30 grams low calorie mayonnaise
- 15 grams of low sugar tomato ketchup
- 10 grams of cucumber sliced
- 1 spring onion
- Pepper
- 1 brioche roll
How to make this recipe
Here are the steps to make this Zingy Prawn Sandwich.
- Slice the roll in half
- Add the mayonnaise, ketchup, sweetcorn and pepper to a bowl
- Chop up the gherkins and add to the mayonnaise mix in step 2
- Mix the gherkins, sweetcorn and sauces together well
- Spoon a small amount of the relish on the bottom slice of the roll
- Add the cucumber
- Add the prawns
- Add more relish
- Top with the remainder of the roll and gently push down

- 1 pinch pepper
- 1 brioche roll
Instructions
- Slice the roll in half
- Add the mayonnaise, ketchup, sweetcorn and pepper to a bowl
- Chop up the gherkins and add to the sauces
- Mix the gherkins, sweetcorn and sauces together
- Spoon a small amount of the relish onto the bottom slice of the brioche roll
- Add the cucumber
- Add the prawns
- Add more relish and top with the other half of the roll
